Jason brings over 8 years of experience in high-performance training, specializing in functional strength, athletic conditioning, and injury prevention. He’s known for his no-nonsense coaching style, technical expertise, and ability to push clients to new heights — physically and mentally.

🔹 Specialties: Strength training, athletic performance, mobility work

🔹 Fun Fact: Played semi-pro rugby and brews his own cold brew coffee on the side.
